Empire Vail 36 Premium Vent-Free Gas Fireplace is a contemporary fire feature with a traditional look. It mimics the feeling of a traditional wood-burning fireplace with its hand-painted log set and flickering flames. With high heat output, large indoor spaces will get enough heat and have a cozy ambiance. Available in Natural Gas or Liquid Propane and the burner can be ignited through Millivolt System or Intermittent Pilot. 

Designed to warm large areas, the slope glazed burner that comes with this fireplace provides up to 36,000 BTUs of heat. Enough to make your living space relaxing and enjoyable. The burner can use liquid propane or natural gas as its fuel. Choose a convenient fuel source.

For the ignition and control system, the burner can have a Millivolt or Intermittent Pilot system. Both systems are remote-ready and ease the ignition and control of the flames. The Intermittent Pilot is equipped with a backup battery enabling it to operate even with a power outage. The Millivolt System utilizes a control knob and switch for ignition.

This ventless fireplace comes with matte black finished outer frames, louver slats, and a hood. The blower is an optional upgrade for an improved heating experience. For safe operations and optimal performance, 30-inch ceramic or refractory log sets are required and sold separately.

Enhancing the look of your fireplace is easy with various available accessories. Surround your fireplace in a standard or corner cabinet mantel and give it a more traditional look with liners as a backdrop. Decorative doors, frames, louvers, and bottom trim kits are can be purchased to completely enhance the look of your unit. An extended hood is also available and a required accessory when using thick surrounding materials such as stones or bricks. For control options, different handheld remotes and wall switches can be purchased to conveniently operate your fireplace.
